Together with the government, the city has bloomed to what it is right now. The main strengths of Sta. Rosa city are its sources of income, investment opportunities, its facilities, and its accessibility or location. From an income of less than 600 million in 2003, it reached one billion in 2007, placing Sta. Rosa among the billionaire’s club of local government units in the Philippines. The income of Sta. Rosa has an income higher than that of all towns combined as seen in Figure 1.
